Mobile Messaging Terms

Program. BIGVITA, operated by Luna Inc. ("BIGVITA," "we"), offers the BIGVITA Text Alerts program. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from BIGVITA at the mobile number you provide. These may include promotions, new product announcements, cart reminders, and order and shipping updates. Messages are sent from [short code / phone number].

Consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again through our website. Unsubscribing from texts does not unsubscribe you from BIGVITA emails.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We use your mobile number only to deliver the messages described above, and we share it only with service providers who help us send them. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Delivery times. We send marketing messages between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue in the program after an update, you accept the revised terms.

Other terms. Participation in this program is also governed by our Terms of Service, including its dispute-resolution provisions.
