This is one of those products that immediately appealed to me because it combines two things I am already interested in: getting better sleep and taking better care of my skin. Instead of having one product for nighttime relaxation and another for beauty support, this one puts everything into one little liquid shot.For me, the ingredient combination is pretty impressive. It has GABA, L-Tryptophan, and Reishi Mushroom for the nighttime side, plus Hyaluronic Acid and Rainier Cherry Ferment Powder. The Cauliflower Mushroom in the Restore Mushroom Blend was also something I found interesting because it is not an ingredient I see in every beauty or sleep product.I have been taking one shot in the evening, and it has been a pleasant experience. I feel more relaxed after taking it, and my sleep has seemed better on the nights I use it, like something that helps me settle down and get ready for sleep.The beauty aspect makes this more fun for me. I am already interested in keeping my skin hydrated, so having Hyaluronic Acid included makes sense with what I am trying to accomplish. I also like the cherry and mushroom ingredients because they give the formula a broader wellness focus rather than making it only about sleep.The mango flavor is good too. That matters with liquid supplements because I am much more likely to keep using something when it tastes pleasant. This one has a fruity flavor that makes the nightly shot easy to take.I also like that there is no melatonin. Sometimes I simply want a nighttime formula without adding melatonin, so having GABA, L-Tryptophan, Reishi, and the other ingredients makes this a nice alternative for me.My one complaint is that I wish there were more than 10 shots in the box. Ten servings is convenient for trying the product, but it does not last especially long when taking one every night.For me, this has been a really nice combination. I like the convenience, I like the mango flavor, and I like knowing that the formula is designed around both sleep and beauty support. It seems to help me wind down at night while also fitting my skin hydration and beauty goals. The amount I get is 10 individual shots, and I would definitely be interested in a larger supply.

So one of the first things I have to point out is that while I thoroughly enjoyed the product itself it is a little on the higher end of what I would expect to pay so I can't exactly say it's an excellent value but what I can say is that putting that aside it works incredible I actually am very impressed with the results and I feel as though it has an excellent flavor while also offering me better sleep than I've had in a while. I feel as though I'm capable of falling asleep within about 30 minutes of taking the product and I've been noticing that my skin seems to be more radiant during the daytime and it stands out. I think it's fair to say this is a five-star product because it delivers on what my expectations are it seems to pack in some incredible ingredients and really delivers, I absolutely love the glass jars although I have a feeling it's a bit overkill but they're incredible and I wish I could find another use for them because I almost feel guilty throwing those out, I like that the package can be torn away and it sits easily inside of my refrigerator ready to go like it's some kind of vending apparatus this makes it easy to use and also keep some presentable. Overall I'm impressed with this product and definitely would consider using it again.

The idea of a "shot" of something before bed wasn't something I had thought of before, but after giving these a try, I'm convinced, it works faster than a tablet or capsule. These pre-measured shots are easily taken right before bed, and they taste great. I'm not sure about the Dream and Glow part, as I never dream, and I don't think I glow? But, they did help with my sleep. Tryptophan (one of the chemicals in Turkey that trigger the post-Thanksgiving nap) is in this mixture, and it really works on me. Within about 30 minutes, I've relaxed, and can feel myself falling off into sleep. Once there, I've slept well and been rested the mornings after using these. I can't speak to the hydration piece, but the sleep is a definite success.

I think combining a supplement with the dual benefit of sleep/ relaxation along with skin support is a unique take. Definitely not one I’ve seen before anyway. This supplement comes in 1.7 fl oz sturdy glass mini bottles, with one bottle recommended at bedtime. One thing I will give credit for is that the ingredient list is clearly broken down, there’s not a mile long list of stuffer ingredients, and the company is transparent about their products being FDA registered and third party tested within the US. That at least gives me some reassurance.There are 10 shots in the box, for a 10 day supply. I don’t exactly call it a super great value being that they are $75 per box/ $225 for a ONE MONTH supply. That’s very expensive in my opinion.The main ingredients are tart cherry ferment (sleep), hyaluronic acid (skin support), GABA (relaxation), L-Tryptophan (sleep), and a mushroom blend. One important thing to note is that there are ingredients that can interfere with medications that a lot of people take, so I would double check everything on your list.The taste isn’t terrible, it has a somewhat fruity, slightly bitter, slightly medicinal syrup flavor that leaves a subtle funky twang at the end, but I’ve had much worse so I don’t think it’s unbearable.As far as seeing any differences- that’s yet to be determined. Maybe helps to relax and fall asleep, but really not changes in my skin. To be fair I don’t think 10 days is a long enough trial run, but there hasn’t been enough evidence of anything to make me want to run out and order another box.

The ingredients are delivered via a liposomal formula which enhances delivery and speeds up absorption time. I am glad the product is melatonin free. I wish it was also GABA free. In the past GABA has caused me some side effects. So far I have not experienced those side effects with this product, but I am cautious.Individual vials-The item contained 10 and individual files with twist off caps. This makes it convenient for travel. It is, however, a relatively small test sample.Did it help me sleep?I believe it did. Again with only 10 vials, the test period was too short. Yet I did feel relaxed and content.Did the product improve the look of my skin?It’s possible that the product increased the hydration on my skin. It’s really hard to be certain though given the short time test period.Taste –The mango flavor is very pleasant. The supplement is not overly sweet. Stevia seems to be the main sweetener. I was disappointed, however, that erythritol is also on the ingredient list.Value-This is an expensive product and a relatively small quantity. I have to remove one star for value.
