Sometimes supplement companies try to make a basic product sound more impressive by adding everything they can think of. This feels more deliberate.Overall, this is a well-dosed magnesium supplement that has been easy to tolerate and seems thoughtfully formulated. There is nothing flashy about it, but that is fine with me. It does what I want a magnesium supplement to do without giving me anything to complain about. Five stars.

The BIGVITA Magnesium+ supplement arrived fully sealed in a glass bottle. Definitely gives off premium product vibes (along with a premium price). The capsules are flavorless and odorless. Easy to swallow and no issues noticed with digestion or anything of that sort. Having taken magnesium supplements in many different forms, I couldn't exactly notice what added benefits there were for this Mag41 (magnesium acetate) over other forms. There is little information on the internet suggesting that this is a more beneficial form. Different folks may experience these supplements differently, so I cannot really knock this product as a marketing ploy. Perfectly fine as a magnesium supplement, but for me at least, not worth the premium price.

This has been a good basic magnesium supplement for me. The capsules are pretty large, which is typical for magnesium supplements in my experience. I'm only taking one per day even though the recommended dose is three. Because I have trouble swallowing large capsules I have been opening them and pouring the powder in my mouth. The powder has somewhat of a taste but it's not hard to swallow. I just have to be careful not to breathe it in because it does burn in the back of the throat a bit. I like that this is made in the USA, but the ingredients are "internationally sourced", which is a bit of a nebulous statement, and leads me to think it is probably from China like many other supplements.
