I really like this product. Out of the five key ingredients, three of them are things I take regularly--Akkermansia (Probiotic), Green Tea extract, and psyllium husk. The other products I've never used, but sounded pretty promising--white kidney bean extract and l-arbinose.All of the ingredients are designed around metabolism, fullness, and to help block carb and sugar absorption. Over the past week that I've been using the product, I haven't experienced any side effects and it has helped my digestive system and has made me feel more full and eat less.The capsules are well filled, and this brand took the extra step and actually put cotton in the bottle to make certain they didn't open up or split, keeping the product in the same condition as when it was manufactured. The capsules have no discernable odor, and are a standard size. The bottle contains 90 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.Other things of note, is that this is vegan, and the only fillers are rice flour and rice extract. Overall, a really great high quality product.

A lot of us seem to need some help with maintaining our weight as we get older. This has an excellent blend of ingredients known to support a healthy lifestyle. The label has the suggested use of 3 capsules taken 30 minutes before lunch or as directed by your physician. I’m starting slower with 2 capsules since there are probiotics and fiber to be sure my body adjusts okay. So far so good. Even with 2 capsules a day, I feel less hungry. I try to do lower carbs but I’m especially careful to take these on days I know I’ll have a higher carb meal. I really need to slim my waistline and I have some food sensitivities so this seems like the best option I’ve found with all the best support for good digestion and gut health.

For me I find taking this a bit tricky because you should take the capsules approximately 30 minutes before eating. Sometimes my eating schedule is not the consistent to do this. But when I take them I do find that I don't eat as much for a sitting. I usually eat most likely double serving size but this product makes me feel sated with must a single serving.
