I’ve been using these for about 15 days now and so far I’m loving them!! It’s SO easy to keep consistent because I just grab one from the fridge and drink it in the morning. I also love that it gives me an easy way to incorporate NAD+ into my routine, and the little bottles look so good in my fridge lol. I just ordered my next box. I’m excited!

I've been using this anti aging supplement for about a month now, and I have to say, I'm pretty pleased with the results, I initially got it because of its anti aging promises, and it seems to be working. I've noticed my skin feels more hydrated, and my energy levels have gotten a nice boost, which is fantastic. The fact that it's GMO free, cruelty free, and vegan is a huge plus for me as well. However, the price is a bit steep, but considering the benefits, I find it justifiable enough to keep using it.

Since this only has 5 mg of spermidine in it, I need to take two of these a day to achieve my normal 10 mg of spermidine each day. That makes this a really expensive supplement for me.I normally take NAD and ergothioneine and spermidine all separately, so if this combined all three at the same doses that are normally recommended, for a month supply, this might be a supplement worth considering, but these seem to be lower doses of each of those ingredients.I don't usually rate supplements based on price, but since it would cost $300/month for me to get my usual amount of these ingredients, I think this might be a bit too expensive for the average person, especially if you also take any additional supplements. I wish the price could be brought down significantly because this seems like it would be a great formula for those who have trouble swallowing.My other concern is that this doesn't seem to be independently tested for quality or purity, which means we only have the manufacturer's word for how much of these ingredients is actually contained in this formula. I can get each of these ingredients from a high quality, third-party tested source for half this amount so this only makes sense if you really need your supplements in liquid form.NAD is the only ingredient in this that I can see immediate results from, it does give me more energy for working out on the same day I take it. When I first started taking spermidine, it took about a month to start seeing noticeable results, so those new to spermidine might not see results taking this short term since this is only a 7-14 day supply. I've never seen results from taking ergothioneine but I still take it because the anti-aging research is so intriguing that I hope it will help in the long run.

Really liking the taste and the fact that it’s vegan and clean. I’m sensitive to supplements but this one sits well.

I have been using for a few days so I am sure too soon to notice any results. It does taste good and I did not notice any weird aftertaste nor did I have any stomach issues. I’m hoping for more energy and any help to my skin and hair would be great. The bottles are nice and seems to be quality ingredients. However I doubt I would continue this long term as it is pricey, currently at $75, putting it beyond my usual budget.
